One Earth NextGen Leaders 2025

March 2025

We, in March 2025, successfully co-hosted the One Earth NextGen Leaders 2025 program with Temasek Foundation, bringing together 100 inspiring young leaders from across Asia. This initiative aims to empower a climate-aware and purpose-driven generation that is shaping the future of environmental dialogue.

The three-day program included:

Day One: Featured a session on breathwork and biohacking led by Mr. Siddharth Chatterjee, United Nations Resident Coordinator in China, followed by a visit to innovative greentech startups at Jumpstarter 2025, and an ecological visit to Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden.

Day Two: Participants attended the One Earth Summit 2025, engaging with global thought leaders, and concluded with a reflective dinner.

Day Three: A visit to the Sustainable Smart Campus as a Living Lab and the Entrepreneurship Center at HKUST included a panel discussion on sustainable ventures, followed by insights from experts at the Green Space at GreenTech Hub of HKSTP. Participants pitched their eco-ideas during the Ideathon, evaluated by a panel of experts. The program also concluded with a mindfulness reflection.

Youths are our future green leaders. They are the climate-aware and purpose-driven generation who are already shaping today’s environmental dialogue. Soon, they’ll be the driving force creating new solutions for a better world. Together, we are committed to fostering the next generation of green leaders and co-creating a sustainable future.
